Academy
We are a program built for players, and guided by families. Your input matters and dictates how, when, and where we play. Our only goal is to make your players better so they can achieve their goals. In order to help achieve that goal, we only play at a level that provides a constant challenge for your players with a focus on skill set growth and development, basketball IQ, and a learning environment.
Culture
STANDARDS MATTER!
We are not a program that will overlook ethics, character or principal. Adults serving in leadership roles for youth sports should uphold standards, and there can be no double standard.
We ask that our parents and players display a high degree of sportsmanship even though our opponents might not grant us the same respect. We understand this can be challenging at times. However, it is important to operate a culture where all of our families feel safe, valued, and proud to be a part of the Academy basketball community.
